Great yoga course where everyone can continue to work well according to his/her rhythm. Very relaxed atmosphere,... motivating and nice music. Meret is a wonderful teacher. I would always recommend!read more

I did the yoga retreat in Bali at Jeda Villa with Meret and Mikel.It was Just so wonderful!!!I feld like being in... Paradise: the quietness, the overwhelming beauty, delicious healthy vegan food.This creates the perfect environment for the yoga practice.Meret and Mikel are truly excellent yoga teachers who complement each other perfectly!Mikel teaches the more yin, meditative part and Meret the flowing yang part.I never met a more positive person as Meret. Meret is not only a really wondeful and amiable person but also the best yoga teacher I met so far, perfect mix between... powerful asanas, quiet, relaxing moments and a lot of fun an happiness. I have been in Portugal with her and will take part at her retreats every year from now on! I would love to come to Lausanne regularly, if it wasn't so far away from St Gallen 🙂read more
